Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process orders, returns, and account changes
- Document customer interactions in CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Meet quality and productivity targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computers and multi-tasking
- Quiet home office with reliable internet
- Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
Technical Requirements
- Windows 10 or newer / Mac OS
- High-speed internet (25+ Mbps)
- USB headset for calls
- Dedicated workspace
Compensation
- $30-40/hour based on experience
- Weekly pay available

Schedule Options
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
