Position Overview

Virtual Customer Care Specialist needed to provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. Join our remote team serving customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Process orders, returns, and account changes
  • Document customer interactions in CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Meet quality and productivity targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with computers and multi-tasking
  • Quiet home office with reliable internet
  • Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends

Technical Requirements

  • Windows 10 or newer / Mac OS
  • High-speed internet (25+ Mbps)
  • USB headset for calls
  • Dedicated workspace

Compensation

  • $30-40/hour based on experience
  • Weekly pay available
  • Health benefits after 90 days

Schedule Options

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • Part-time: 25-30 hours/week
  • Shifts: 7 AM - 11 PM (various shifts available)
  • Salary: $30-$40 Hour
