Role Overview
We're seeking a Financial Behavior Analyst who thrives at understanding the “why” behind the numbers. In this role, you’ll study client financial behaviors, spending habits, risk responses, and decision-making patterns. Your goal is to surface insights that empower smarter financial strategies, reduced decision fatigue, and long-term fiscal health.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with behavioral psychology, who can translate complex data into practical client advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze individual and organizational financial data to uncover behavioral patterns.

  • Conduct behavioral audits to evaluate decision-making biases and risk tolerance.

  • Collaborate with financial consultants to tailor strategies based on client behavior profiles.

  • Design customized reports highlighting psychological drivers behind financial outcomes.

  • Develop frameworks and tools that help clients make more informed, consistent choices.

  • Assist in creating financial wellness programs focused on habit formation and bias reduction.

  • Stay current with behavioral economics research, applying findings to real-world client scenarios.

  • Participate in client workshops and present findings in plain, actionable language.

  • What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Behavioral Economics, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

  • 2+ years of experience in finance, consulting, behavioral science, or data analytics.

  • Strong understanding of cognitive biases, behavioral finance, and human-centered strategy.

  • Analytical proficiency, 

  • comfortable working with data tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you can simplify complex ideas.

  • Empathy-driven mindset and interest in long-term client success.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in coaching, consulting, or financial planning.

  • Familiarity with behavioral diagnostics or psychometric assessments.

  • Comfortable using or interpreting data visualization dashboards.
