Position Overview
Work From Home Call Center Customer Service Representative needed to handle high-volume customer calls. Provide exceptional service while working remotely with full training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Process orders, payments, and account changes
- Provide product information and technical support
- Meet call handling time and quality metrics
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow call center scripts and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet and dedicated quiet workspace
- Professional phone presence
Technical Requirements
- Computer with Windows 10/Mac OS
- High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Landline phone connection preferred
- Backup internet connection recommended
Compensation & Benefits
- $16-20/hour based on experience

Schedule Options
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
